BIC SRAYANG
BIC Srayang is located in Srayang village, in the district of Kuleaen which is in Preah Vihear province in northern Cambodia. We are delighted to have BIC football club in this beautiful village. Hosted, cared for and coached by brother Savy, it’s a wonderful opportunity to reach the kids in this village through football. It’s a reminder that no matter how isolated a place can be from the rest of the world, no matter who doesn’t even know such a place exists, one thing is certain Jesus loves all people and knows exactly where we all are geographically and even spiritually.
We as BIC hope to be great ambassadors for Christ demonstrating God’s love to the people of Srayang as a reminder that God loves them and sent His son Jesus Christ to die for them that they may have everlasting life.
BIC SIEM REAP
Siem Reap, mostly known for the ruins of Angkor, the seat of Khmer kingdom between 9th and 15th centuries, a town frequented by tourists from all over the world is also home to BIC Siem Reap. The kids are passionate about the game, willing to learn and applying these skills in real game situations. Their main training sessions are Tuesdays and Fridays combined with occasional friendly games against other local teams.
Coach Dina a young man is their main coach who is doing a tremendous job in training these kids not only football skills but also takes time to share the gospel with them. Most of these kids are not believers but we hope that the seeds sown in their hearts will bring forth fruit. BIC Siem Reap is also the champion of the BIC Hope cup that was hosted in Siem Reap this year. And they will hope to grow from strength to strength.
